Privacy notice

What is collected

Your account (email, display name, hashed password), the financial records you enter, and sign-in metadata (time, device, IP address) kept for account security.

Purpose

Solely to provide you and your household with financial tracking and analysis. Not used for advertising, and not sold.

AI processing and cross-border transfer

When you upload a slip or receipt for the app to read, that image is sent to Google (the Gemini API) for processing, outside Thailand. Consent for this is asked separately before the feature is first used, and entering data by hand is always available instead.

Retention

Kept while the account is in use. When you delete your account your personal data is removed, except records needed for security and auditing, which carry no information identifying you.

Disclosure

Shared within your own household as you configure, and with the service providers the app needs to run (hosting, and AI as described above). Nothing else.

Your rights

You may access, copy, correct and erase your data. All of it is available to you on the “My data” page.

Security

Passwords are stored with Argon2id, all traffic uses HTTPS, sessions can be revoked, and the pages load no third-party scripts at all.
